NEW WIDE GROUP × Intellicon Solutions

From knowing how to use AI to every colleague building Agents themselves making smart manufacturing a built-in capability

7 daysOf hands-on training
60Frontline employees from across departments
20+Agents created together in seven days
2,000+ hoursOf repetitive work saved each month

Before the rollout

The floor at NEW WIDE GROUP’s Phuc Dong plant in Vietnam ran on a great deal of repetitive work: generating packing lists, tracking samples, checking purchases, compiling chemical reports. All of it leaned on the experience of experienced employees and on comparing things by hand. Senior management saw clearly that simply bringing in AI tools would not solve the underlying problem. What mattered was giving frontline employees the ability to develop AI Agents themselves, because only then would smart manufacturing take hold and keep evolving.

Goals

  • Make everyone a prompt engineer, able to develop AI Agents
  • Give departments the built-in ability to improve their own AI processes
  • Standardize the know-how of experienced employees into an AI SOP others can copy
  • Build a culture of smart manufacturing that keeps evolving

What Intellicon Solutions did

Claudia Chen, COO of Intellicon Solutions, led the team to the Phuc Dong plant in person for seven days of hands-on “zero to one” training. 60 frontline employees from manufacturing, engineering, HR, procurement and plant services took part throughout:

  1. 01Breaking processes down hands-on: start from the pain points of daily work and learn to turn a task into steps the AI can carry out
  2. 02Prompt writing step by step: every participant writes their own prompts, tests the responses and adjusts the logic, building a way of thinking about AI
  3. 03Creating 20 practical Agents together: packing lists, progress tracking, attendance and leave queries, contract checking and automated reports, all inside seven days

What the partner says

“What the New Wide Vietnam plant showed was not only the ability to bring in technology, but a built-in ability for departments to clarify the problem themselves, structure the knowledge and write the prompts. That capability is what really turns AI into a long-term asset.”
— Claudia Chen, COO, Intellicon Solutions

What employees say

“As long as you understand the process and have a sense of the problem, any one of us can become a prompt engineer and make AI genuinely serve the work on the front line.”
