About the award

The Best AI Awards rank among Taiwan’s leading competitions for AI innovation. They exist to encourage a wide range of AI applications, to create value for industry, and to develop the talent the field needs. Competition in this year’s startup and SME group was strong, with entries covering brain-computer interfaces, AI security, smart healthcare and satellite-based disaster prevention. Winning among so many technology-led entries says something about how much weight the judges give to putting enterprise AI to work.

What Intellicon Solutions does

Three things usually stall an enterprise AI transformation: the technical barrier is high, knowledge is hard to retain, and staff resist the change. Rather than hand over a development tool that only engineers can operate, Intellicon Solutions makes the platform something colleagues in sales, procurement, quality assurance and HR can pick up themselves. Alongside it comes FDE (Forward-Deployed Engineer) consulting, which walks with the customer from process mapping and data cleaning through to prompt design, turning the know-how of experienced staff into AI Agents that stay with the company and can be reused.

Deployments across industries

To date, Intellicon Solutions has supported more than 200 companies, which have built over 10,000 AI Agents between them, with more than 5,000 weekly active users. From manufacturing and textiles to restaurant chains and chemicals, the work covers report automation, collating import customs declarations, quotation support for sales, automated customer service replies and analysis of member spending.

More than 70% of those Agents are built and maintained by users with no technical background. That is what the democratization of AI looks like in practice: a company stops renting an AI service and starts owning an AI asset, becoming the principal in its own digital transformation rather than a customer of someone else’s.

From single-purpose tools to collaboration across the organization

The award recognizes what has been done so far and is a reason to keep going. Intellicon Solutions will continue to iterate on its existing Agentic Workflow architecture and experience, so that AI inside a company is no longer a set of isolated tools but a virtual team that can divide work and hand it on.

We will also stay close to manufacturing and traditional industry in Taiwan. Those are the settings where the need for AI is most real, and where solutions have to genuinely work on the ground.

Once a company can build, use and keep extending AI Agents on its own, AI stops being just another new tool and becomes a new kind of organizational capability. In time every colleague in a company will have an AI Agent of their own, to work more creatively and get more done.
