Intellicon Solutions joins the NVIDIA Inception program

In April 2025 the company formally joined NVIDIA’s Inception program for technology startups, gaining technical and on-premises computing support.

Generative AI is evolving quickly, and the role of a company is changing with it. Where it used to be a user of tools, it should now be the designer of AI workflows and the owner of knowledge assets.

In April 2025, Intellicon Solutions LLC formally became a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. The program backs startups that redefine an industry through technical innovation.

What membership brings

Intellicon Solutions works on human-AI collaboration as a way of operating, helping companies build, deploy and manage AI Agents of their own, quickly.

Joining NVIDIA Inception gives access to:

  • Support for technical innovation and on-premises computing
  • Greater brand and technical presence in global markets
  • A wider range of use cases and more efficient enterprise deployment
  • Contact with other AI-driven companies and industry specialists

“We believe the core competitiveness of a company will come down to whether it can build and refine AI Agents and AI SOPs of its own. AI Agents that can be controlled and tuned will become an operational necessity.” — Albert Chen, CEO, Intellicon Solutions

In practice: a veteran technician’s experience becomes an AI asset

Intellicon Solutions has helped dozens of companies deploy AI Agents, across:

  • Traditional manufacturing, metalworking, consumer electronics repair
  • Real estate, fintech, e-commerce and retail, consulting services and more

Case: an appliance repair Agent

Repair work leans heavily on the experience of senior technicians, which creates three problems:

  • Knowledge is hard to pass on
  • Judgment errors run high
  • Training is expensive

After deployment, the company had:

  • A repair knowledge base
  • A natural language query system
  • A real-time aid to judgment

Results included:

  • Average repair time down from 2 days to 0.5 days
  • Around 10% less margin lost to replacing the wrong parts
  • Better after-sales efficiency and more valuable knowledge assets

Not just a platform: customers learn to do it themselves

Alongside the platform, Intellicon Solutions provides training and coaching that takes a company through the whole deployment:

  • SOP mapping
  • Data cleaning
  • Prompt design
  • Testing and tuning the AI Agent

The aim is for customers to learn by doing, internalize the AI capability and deploy on their own.
